Segmentz Clan Picture

Bagyong Ondoy

Bagyong Ondoy is a super typhoon, central luzon now was submerged in flood water, while electricity just came back a couple of hours ago. But Cainta, Rizal and Pasig areas were hit the worst with neck-high flood water and they are in dire need of help.
almost the entire metro is sunk already.
i hope it won't happen here in the province and as of now it haven't rained yet, but i don't know if it will later or tomorrow.
